Automotive Ambassador

Parks Motor Group, a leading Toyota Centre in the UK, is seeking an experienced Showroom Host to join their team in Carlisle.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Showroom Host, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom, assisting with inquiries, and setting the benchmark for the customer experience.

You will have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are also required.

• Greeting and welcoming customers, providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Managing day-to-day hospitality requirements, serving refreshments to customers
• Encouraging customers to engage with products and services in a relaxed environment
• Briefing and updating sales executives on customer needs
• Maintaining accurate customer records
