Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Technician to join our team at Direct Line Rapid Repair PODS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, leading site performance, and achieving financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality repairs to DLG customers, meeting or exceeding all financial and operational targets.
  • Lead site performance, empowering the team to create an engaged and accountable workforce.
  • Implement standard methodologies to ensure business protection and operational procedures are standardized.
  • Lead change plans within the site, serving as a role model for the site leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the central office production team to schedule repair volumes and manage time to ensure all work is completed in line with booking slots and customer expectations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end vehicle repair, including light MET, light Panel, Prep & Paint.
  • Experience with BS10125 regulation.
  • Minimum NVQ level 3 in specific disciplines required.
  • ATA cosmetic accreditation (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with the central office production team and suppliers.
