Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a talented Business Growth Strategist to join our team at ReQuire Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in securing new business and driving our growth.
As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting and developing compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and win exciting projects. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to integrate inputs and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills for gathering and enhancing bid content, as well as exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need a creative approach when developing proposals and excellent writing and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave, private health and dental insurance, and training and development packages to expand your talents. You will also have the opportunity to work with like-minded people in a dynamic and influential consultancy.
