About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT & Digital function as a Digital Service Analyst. As part of our Industry Placements program, you will work proactively with Platform Owners to ensure the integrity of IT Services provided to National Grid Business Entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse data and information to inform decision-making.
  • Work with customers and suppliers to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and realise opportunities.
  • Plan and execute activities within Network Platform Service Management (NPSM).
  • Provide general support to senior colleagues on specific initiatives.

As a Digital Service Analyst, you will be responsible for advancing our technology capabilities and contributing to our vision of a clean, fair, and affordable energy future.

Requirements:
  • A minimum 2:2 degree in an IT or Computer Science discipline.
  • Flexibility to travel within role and throughout your rotations as required.
  • The legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the graduate programme.
