Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a Behaviour Support to join our team at Teach360. As a Behaviour Support, you will be working in a vibrant secondary school, assisting in identifying pupils in need of support and providing them with support. You will also be providing one-to-one mentoring sessions to identified students, developing strategies for pupils to better manage their behaviour, and liaising with the SENCos on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying pupils in need of support and provide them with support
• Provide one-to-one mentoring sessions to identified students
• Develop strategies for pupils to better manage their behaviour
• Liaise with the SENCos on a regular basis
Requirements:
• Experience working with challenging behaviour
• Passion for supporting students who are vulnerable
• Ability to work full time Monday - Friday
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to get one
