The Invictus Group is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Multiskilled Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the Facilities Department, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs on a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with site task schedules and CAFM systems.
- Swift rectification of plant faults and defects to maintain plant in serviceable order.
- Completion of relevant paperwork/CAFM regarding PPM and reactive works, ensuring timely passage to the Helpdesk Team.
- Preparation and use of Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.
- Development of good working relationships with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Requirements:
- Base Electrical Qualification C&G Part A and B or equivalent.
- C&G 2330 Level 2 and 3 or equivalent.
- Electrical Competency NICEIC Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification.
- BTEC Level 3 Certification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- C&G 6188 Level 2 Heating and Ventilation or equivalent.
