About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated care professionals, providing clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe and efficient running of the care home. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident, monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
  • Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff
  • Ensure the safe and efficient running of the care home
Requirements

We are looking for a registered nurse with current PIN on the NMC register, who has experience in care home management and leadership. You will also need to have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or be willing to study for one. Additionally, you will need to have leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments.
