Main Duties of the Job

Ensuring appropriate access and use of the facility is in place, acting in an educational and advisory capacity in relation to legislation and the running of the suite.

The post holder will have continuing hour responsibility for the nursing care and management of the clinical area, including effective team leadership and acting as an experienced clinician in acute and rehabilitation services.

The post holder will ensure that an effective therapeutic environment exists for patients and that students are provided with excellent learning opportunities.

You will provide the leadership skills required to motivate and develop staff to their maximum potential in order to attain the highest standards in the delivery of care to patients.
