Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Tilbury Douglas. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects across various sectors, including education, health, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum HNC qualification in a relevant construction subject
  • CITB level 3 Safety Course (desirable)
  • CSCS Card – Appropriate level (desirable)
  • Experience of project planning and management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Commercial and financial awareness
