We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as Head of Additional Learning and High Needs Support.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and manage the delivery of high-quality support services for learners with additional learning needs and high needs across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for additional learning and high needs support, ensuring that all learners receive the support they need to succeed, and working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to support.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the delivery of high-quality support services for learners with additional learning needs and high needs
- Developing and implementing a strategic vision for additional learning and high needs support
- Ensuring that all learners with additional learning needs and high needs receive the support they need to succeed
- Working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to support
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of support services

Requirements:
- Experience of working in partnership with external agencies, ensuring effective collaboration with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders
- Possession of a degree in education, special educational needs (SEN), disability studies, psychology, or a related field, Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent), and a recognised teaching qualification
