Job Description:

We are looking for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist SEND school in Rotherham. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and various learning difficulties, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of students. As a member of our team, you will provide meaningful choices to autistic children and young adults with complex needs, working collaboratively with the teaching staff to inspire students to achieve their potential and enable positive healthy lifestyles into adulthood.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support to students with SEND
* Develop and implement individualised plans to meet the needs of students with complex requirements
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

**Salary and Benefits:**
* Estimated salary: £41,500 - £48,000 per annum
