Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a planned program of academic learning support and interventions to enable students to access the curriculum.
- Support students to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals, and successfully progress to their next step.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and deliver tailored learning plans that meet the needs of individual students.
- Provide guidance and support to students to develop their independence and skills.
