Job Summary:

Hiscox is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team. As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective use of Workday functionality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR Systems Lead to manage Workday change and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Support Workday release management cycles on a monthly and biannual basis, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
  • Work on process improvements around Workday releases, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
  • Present new Workday configuration to stakeholders, both verbally and through written guides.
  • Configure and test Workday changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the annual cycle of HR processes, working with the business to gather requirements, configure, test, and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Review and improve current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Test all Workday configuration from releases and new functionality prior to production deployment.
  • Provide 2nd-level HR support, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance within Workday, reviewing security permissions and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver training for new members of the HR function and training on new Workday functionality to the wider team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Workday configuration and change implementation.
  • Completed several Workday courses, including Core HCM.
  • Demonstrated foundational knowledge of Workday configuration and reporting.
  • Experience using Workday Community to troubleshoot and self-learn.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-organized and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • Interest in technology and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
