Job Description
We are seeking a construction quality assurance manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the project management team to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry quality standards on the HS2 NEC North Phase One Infrastructure main civil works.

The job involves monitoring and reporting compliance with accepted design, works information, and applicable standards, specifications, and procedures. The candidate will also be responsible for communicating with the project management team to raise programme and cost risks resulting from non-compliance.

Additionally, the site supervisor will act as the conduit between the contractor and the HS2 teams in agreeing resolutions or acceptance of non-compliance reports/defects. They will review and comment on ITPs materials compliance records, quality procedures, and documents in conjunction with the PM and engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc or MSc in an environmental discipline, construction management, or equivalent technical field, and a professional qualification is also desirable. A CSCS card and NEC3 ECC supervisor accreditation are mandatory for this role.

The salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
