About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves managing and enhancing existing broker relationships, driving new business development, and ensuring the retention of renewals. You will be a key point of contact, responsible for delivering consistent service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Strategic Relationships: Identify and build strong trading relationships with brokers in the Private Client sector, working collaboratively with Regional Directors and Commercial Business Development Managers to maximize results.
  • Executing Business Objectives: Partner with the Director and Regional Directors to execute strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Supporting Underwriters: Provide effective support and partnership to underwriters to drive collective success.
