Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Region Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for driving inventory optimization, maintaining service delivery, and enhancing decision-making through improved supply chain analytics and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Global Supply Chain, Brands, and Finance to generate balanced supply plans based on agreed objectives and operating guidelines via the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Manage and continuously improve the plan and delivery of finished goods supply from manufacturing locations to the UKDC.
  • Responsible for achieving Customer Service / Fill Rates and Days of Supply Inventory targets using Noodle AI and o9.
  • Define tactics and action plans to achieve regional inventory and service level KPIs.
  • Conduct monthly inventory reviews with commercial teams to optimize inventory and prevent excess.
  • Develop strategic regional allocations, supply commits, and plans for the operational horizon based on o9 MPS / DRP solves.
  • Coordinate the Monthly launch and event planning and execution process.
  • Manage the planning and execution of the Holiday programme.
  • Support process integration with Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics functions.
  • Drive core elements of the IBP process evolution through Brand partnership and collaboration.
  • Assertively escalate and clearly communicate issues, as well as developing, driving, and implementing resolution.
  • Manage and execute wider supply chain projects.

**Requirements**

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Power BI.
  • Attention to detail & high levels of accuracy.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Advanced user skills of Excel and SAP BI.
  • Advanced systems competency, particularly SAP SCM/ECC & APO.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into insights and actions.
  • Confidence liaising with senior management and key stakeholders and making recommendations.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Self-directed, proactive and operates under general or minimum supervision.
