Inventory Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Lead to join our team at CooperVision. As an Inventory Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and motivate the performance of inventory operators, ensuring that all training is reviewed, documented, and administered in the electronic control system.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management processes, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements and quality standards.
- Investigate customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with company and departmental procedures.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- Five GSE's grade A-C (or equivalent) or NVQ level 3 preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
