  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control workshop loading, site profitability, and business processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Autocentre Service Manager or similar role in a national repair chain.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of business processes, site profitability, and workshop loading.
