At Brammer Buck & Hickman, we're on the lookout for a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth in our established customer base.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a dynamic and driven individual the chance to drive new business growth and deliver exceptional customer service. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to increase customer spend.

About You

We're looking for someone with a background in manufacturing or trade, although full training will be provided. If you're a team player with account management experience and a keen eye for sales, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through strategic planning and execution
  • Support quotes, tenders, and special projects
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, OEM conversion, and value creation
  • Support sales organisation in discussions with customers
  • Develop your own sales plan and pipeline
  • Support ideation and implementation of sales initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An understanding of the industry, markets, trends, and developments
  • The ability to liaise with different stakeholders within the organisation
  • The ability to liaise with customers' stakeholders at various levels
What We Offer
