We are Brammer Buck & Hickman, the largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services in Europe.
Our team is made up of makers and doers, based in multiple locations across 22 countries, offering specialist expertise in specifying, providing and installing an unrivalled scope of industrial parts.
Mata r a UK Limited is one of three businesses within our Motion Control & Automation (MCA) Specialist division.
This role offers a highly competitive base salary, car or car allowance, private medical insurance, pension scheme and flexible working hours. You will also receive industry-leading training through the Rubix Academy.
We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager, covering an established customer in the industry.
This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own, responsible for driving new business growth and delivering an exceptional standard of service to customers.
The ideal candidate will have some background in manufacturing or a trade environment, however full training will be provided. The ability to liaise with different stakeholders in the organisation and set and implement product strategy is desirable.
This role includes:
- Drive sales
- Support quotes, tenders and special projects
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell, OEM conversion and value creation
- Support Sales Organisation in discussions with customers
- Develop their own sales plan and pipeline
The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
