Job DescriptionWe offer competitive salaries and benefits to our employees. As a Night Care Worker with Springcare, you can expect to earn between £11.10 and £11.30 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents during the night shift. This includes assisting with washing and dressing, feeding and mealtimes, and finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs.
You will also play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the home, including general housekeeping tasks such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas.
As a Night Care Worker, you will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. You will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents, and to maintain accurate records of care provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in a care setting is essential
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
