Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in Whitchurch, Shropshire. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and be able to deal with challenging behaviors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with personalized routines, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. This role requires flexibility, as the candidate will need to work the specified hours, including one afternoon per week and alternate Saturdays.
