Residential Support Professional

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to young people in our care, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
Your main responsibilities will include supporting the daily routines of our residents, such as meal times, homework, and leisure activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment, adhering to our policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with other teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate patience, understanding, and empathy. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A willingness to learn and develop your skills is also essential.

- Salary: £24,173
- Annual Leave: 224 hours (5.6 weeks)
