About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Finance Solicitor to join our team at Sacco Mann. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting Partners and Legal Directors on high-value matters and managing your own caseload of banking and finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Partners and Legal Directors on high-value banking and finance matters
  • Manage your own caseload of banking and finance transactions, including development and real estate finance, structured finance, bridging loans, and asset-based lending
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients
  • Contribute to the development of our team and the growth of our business
