As a skilled Gas Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of gas services to our tenants in the social housing sector. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our essential repairs, maintenance, and installation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine servicing of gas appliances in domestic properties, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain and repair gas systems, including boilers and heating systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Identify and address minor faults during servicing, providing recommendations for further maintenance where necessary.
  • Collaborate with our digital systems to maintain detailed service records, ensuring clear communication of any issues or recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with tenants and minimizing disruption during visits.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Plumbing/Gas certification
  • ACS elements CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
  • Proven experience in gas servicing in domestic settings
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided)
