**Contract File Coordinator Role:**

Red Door Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Contract File Coordinator to support our clients in managing their contracts and records. This role involves filing documents in physical and digital records and ensuring accurate storage.

**Responsibilities:**

  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports as required.

**Skills Required:**

  • Experience in document management and administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Work Arrangements:**

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm working hours.
  • Up to £32k depending on experience, reviewed after 6 months.
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Free parking.
