About the Role:

The Stock Manager plays a pivotal part in driving the growth of our online business, ensuring customers receive exceptional online experiences and customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire their team to meet performance targets, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency in stock processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store management team across back-of-house areas, fostering effective communication with the Store Manager.
  • Lead a team to deliver accurate stock processes in a safe, operationally efficient environment, meeting targets.
  • Create an atmosphere where team members feel supported, motivated, and inspired to excel.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working collaboratively with the team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to meet business needs.
