Job Title: Lead Residential Manager

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Lead Residential Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice
Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a residential care setting, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Full driving license
