### Role Summary

As a Deputy Manager at Aspris Children's Services Limited, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting young people with emotional, developmental, and behavioural difficulties. In this role, you will provide care and guidance, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents while working closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans.

### Key Responsibilities

* Support a small staff team in providing a nurturing environment for up to three young people aged up to 18
* Collaborate with the management team to implement care and independence programs, managing shift patterns and overseeing the effective line management of staff
* Communicate effectively with young people, understanding their needs and preferences
* Demonstrate resilience, organisation, caring, and attentiveness in your role

### Requirements

* A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People, with a commitment to studying towards the Level 5 Diploma
* Experience in residential childcare, with a focus on supporting vulnerable children
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care
