Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Client Account Manager to join our Client Experience team at The Home Agency. This role involves supporting the day-to-day management of accounts, attending meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular status reports to keep clients informed about project progress.
  • Creative Briefs: Assist in gathering information for creative briefs and provide written briefs for supplier quotes.
  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate financial records and adhere to finance processes to avoid delays or errors.
