Job Title: Country Manager - UK and Ireland

Cooper Consumer Health is a leading player in the European consumer health market, with a strong presence in seven countries. We supply over 80,000 independent pharmacists, e-commerce players, wholesalers, pharmacies, and hospitals, generating sales of around 600 million euros.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager - UK and Ireland to lead our operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed OTC healthcare company and play a central role in driving strategic growth in a highly competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of 5-7 professionals within a distributor organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand growth and expanding market penetration.
  • Oversee all business operations in the UK & Ireland, ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to stimulate growth within the OTC market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders and collaborate closely with internal teams at the head office.


Key Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in marketing, particularly within the OTC or consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of inspiring and driving team performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, combined with a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day business operations and executing strategies.
  • Experience working within a private equity-backed company is a plus.
