Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of credit controllers and oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely debt collection and establishing successful partnerships with senior stakeholders.
  • Analyse data and prepare detailed reports on the status of credit and collections, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.
  • Manage complex accounts and escalations if required, and prepare and monitor team KPIs.

Estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and hybrid working week.
