Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient CNC programs using Fanuc controls

• Collaborate with production office to optimize manufacturing methods and tooling

• Design and create fixtures, along with relevant drawings

• Ensure machine set ups are completed in line with company procedures

• Maintain high standards of component quality and adhere to 'First Off' process

• Manage machine maintenance requirements and document daily activities

• Verify parts are finished and deburred to meet company standards

• Support quality department initiatives, including corrective actions, observations, and reviews

• Contribute to lean programs, such as 6S and Lean manufacturing initiatives

• Uphold company policies as directed by senior management

Essential Skills:

• Attention to detail and good concentration

• Effective time management and organization

• Pride in workmanship and minimum 3 years programming experience
