As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for creating Fanuc CNC programs, liaising with the production office regarding manufacturing methods and tooling, designing fixtures and creating relevant drawings, completing machine set ups in line with company procedures, and ensuring parts are finished and deburred in line with standards.
Fully Support Lean Programmes:You will be expected to uphold company policies as directed by the senior management team and support all corrective actions, observations & reviews presented by the quality department.
Essential Skills:The ideal candidate will have programming experience using Fanuc controls and extensive turning experience. Previous knowledge of current machining methods and tooling is essential. Previous experience with Live tooling and multi-axis machines will be a benefit.
The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, good concentration, time management, organisation, and a commitment to taking pride in their work. A minimum of 3 years programming experience is required.
