About the Role

Rygor Auto is seeking a dedicated Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Heathrow. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient management of service and repair bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilizing workshop loading to ensure it is up to date and efficiently managing customer bookings.
  • Regularly updating customers on the progress of their vehicle and providing accurate estimates and approvals for additional work.
  • Booking in vehicles and ensuring appointments are convenient for customers and the department, in line with workshop capacity.
  • Identifying customer requirements and providing accurate, fully inclusive costing.
  • Producing accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related information.
  • Providing customers with detailed explanations of work carried out and identifying additional selling opportunities.
  • Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assisting the team with problem-solving and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
