Job Title: Senior Service Advisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Sprint Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial vehicle workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer callers to appropriate colleagues as needed
Handover from Day shift to Night shift
Greet visitors to the site and maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping
Assist other Service Advisors and deal with customers on the reception desk
Ensure accurate recording of customer bookings and payment is taken where necessary
Proactively manage customer inspection schedules and liaise with the customer and workshop
Work with the workshop and parts department to ensure the best option is available for the workshop and the customer
Be flexible and an effective team player for the development of both you and the business

Requirements:
Experience in working in a vehicle dealership or fleet/transport industry
Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner in a fast-moving environment
Friendly and helpful nature with a desire to deliver excellent customer service
Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues
Attention to detail and ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions
Team leader or supervisory experience and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and general computer literacy
