About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Female Support Worker to join our team at Crooton in Chaddenden, Derby. As a key member of our inclusive team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower individuals to develop new skills and achieve their personal goals
  • Provide personal and emotional support to individuals, ensuring their unique needs are met
  • Assist with home management, leisure activities, employment, and travel
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a person-centred approach
