Role Summary:
This role involves overseeing health, safety, environmental, and quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards. You will also analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and recommend improvement actions.

Skill Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities within SHEQ systems. Additionally, you should have excellent report writing and communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards. Analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and recommend improvement actions. Conduct and document internal audits, maintaining strict compliance with ISO standards. Coordinate and administer SHEQ training programs, both digital and face-to-face sessions. Update and manage ISO policies and procedures on the Branch intranet. Implement and maintain multi-site ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications. Develop and deliver workshops on audit preparation and compliance requirements/best practices. Collaborate with BUs and BST to enhance SHEQ compliance and organisational awareness. Assist in developing an Integrated Management System across the UK branch. Provide support and guidance on compliance for divisional SHEQ queries.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
