About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all regulatory and corporate requirements are met and documented in a professional and supportive manner.
">Key Responsibilities

- Assist in implementing and maintaining multi-site ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.">
- Aid in developing an Integrated Management System across the UK branch.">
- Provide support and guidance on compliance for SHEQ queries.">
- Develop and deliver workshops on audit preparation and compliance requirements/best practices.">
- Collaborate with BUs and BST to enhance SHEQ compliance and organisational awareness.">
- Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards.">
- Analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and recommend improvement actions.">
- Conduct and document internal audits, maintaining strict compliance with ISO standards.">
- Coordinate and administer SHEQ training programs, both digital and face-to-face sessions.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A relevant qualification such as a NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Safety or Environment, or a degree in Quality, Safety, or Environmental fields.">
- Ideal experience of 2-3 years in Integrated Management Systems (IMS).">
- Certification as an internal auditor in at least one of the standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001).">
- Applied knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, including implementation and auditing.">
- Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities within SHEQ systems.">
- Proven ability in data analysis, with attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.">
- Excellent report writing and communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.">
- Competent in managing projects under an Integrated Management System (IMS).">
- Ability to work independently, managing tasks proactively while supporting the strategic direction of SHEQ.">
