Product Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer (High Wycombe) to join our team at Redline Group Ltd in High Wycombe. As part of a leading global provider of bespoke engineered connector and cable assembly solutions, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer projects with product recommendations/configurations during the design-in phase, offering technical advice throughout the design cycle and up to order receipt. This individual will serve as the link between development, customer, and sales teams, working to generate technical solutions and successfully implement them with customers.
This role requires a deep understanding of the ADM industry market forces and dynamics, as well as excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and delivering customer presentations, product introductions, and technical sales training for the local sales team on interconnect
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and fostering partnerships with key clients, supply partners, BDMs, and internal sales teams
- Delivering comprehensive solutions for ADM applications, encompassing electronic and fibre optic connectors, cable, and interconnect systems
- Collaborating with Sales Manager and BDMs to develop and execute demand creation strategies for customers using available resources
We estimate that the salary for this role is £67,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
