Technical Secretary Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Secretary Lead to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end coordination of meetings including notification, planning, meeting packs, note taking, data gathering, analysis, and action tracking.
- Structural review and formatting of senior board papers and communications.
You will work closely with key stakeholders and meeting contributors to ensure meeting packs and outputs are well-informed and accurate.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills and experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at any one time. You should also have a critical thinking/problem-solving mindset and excellent communication and stakeholder management approach.

The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
