Role Overview

Kings College London invites applications for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Environmental Law. This is a full-time position, offering an indefinite contract.

About the Position

As a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programs in environmental law. You will also conduct research and contribute to administrative duties within the School.

Main Responsibilities
  • Taught environmental law courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Undertaken world-leading research in environmental and climate law topics.
  • Developed new courses and programs in environmental law.
  • Collaborated with colleagues on research projects and administration.
Requirements
  1. A PhD, DPhil, or JSD qualification or equivalent experience in Law.
  2. A significant publication record and research agenda in environmental, climate, energy, or sustainability-related law topics.
  3. Demonstrable ability to teach environmental law and a proven track record of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
  4. Proven ability to collaborate on teaching, research, and/or administration.

With an estimated annual salary of £70,000-£100,000, depending on experience, this is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional academic to join our team.
