We are currently sourcing an experienced handyman/woman to work for an industry leading building services company based on one of their commercial contracts in Central London.
Job SummaryWorking within their small maintenance team, covering four tenanted floors, carrying out daily planned maintenance and reactive repairs to the building fabric.
Key Responsibilities- Preventative planned maintenance and reactive maintenance of plant & equipment.
- Basic maintenance on HVAC, electrical, general plumbing and hot and cold water supply.
- Minor repairs to the building fabric, furnishing, decorative finishes and fittings.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar commercial environment in a similar job role and have had good experience with maintenance of HVAC, electrical and mechanical equipment.
The successful applicant will need to be tech savvy and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients on a daily basis.
The salary for this role is £32,000 - £34,000, and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.
