Join Our Team as a General Maintenance Technician/ Commercial Handyman

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a premier financial services company. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers in a dynamic and high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor building fabric repairs, minor decorating tasks, and minor plumbing repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within a critical environment.
  • Conduct reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Liaise with on-site teams and contractors to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Maintain records and logs to ensure efficient operations.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within a critical environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) in engineering or maintenance are preferred.
