We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as an Executive Kitchen Leader at the Cinnamon Care Collection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our food operations across all care homes and villages, ensuring that we deliver high-quality cuisine while meeting customer needs and budgetary guidelines.

You will work closely with Head Chefs to develop and implement new menu ideas, manage staff effectively, and maintain high levels of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 p.a. and a range of benefits, including mileage reimbursement for home visits.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead food operations across all care homes and villages, ensuring that they meet agreed standards and company values
2. Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with Head Chefs and other stakeholders
3. Manage staff effectively, providing training and support as needed
4. Ensure high levels of food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout all care homes and villages
5. Promote the work of the Cinnamon chef team across social media and collaborate with the marketing team
