About the Position

AWE Plc is looking for a High Voltage Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-voltage systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-voltage systems, including pulsed power systems and radiofrequency technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve existing systems, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in high-voltage system design and development, preferably in a industrial or research setting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct team members.
