Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an optimal capital structure for Material Evolution by effectively leveraging debt, offtake agreements, and diverse financial instruments.
  • Strategically balance funding sources to enhance financial performance, support sustainable growth, and achieve the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and manage financial risks, implementing policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Optimise financial operations, including accounting, tax, and treasury functions, implementing systems to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate financial performance and strategy to the board of directors, investors, and employees.

Experience in investment banking, providing a deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, is essential. Expertise in capital structuring and leveraging financial instruments to optimise financial performance and support sustainable growth is also required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving financial performance and operational efficiencies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
