The Job

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Sales Professional to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As Account Manager, you will bring your expertise to create a sustainable account management framework for client success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Strengthening client relationships to ensure CCL Academy is the client's compliance training partner
  • Developing accounts to maximise commercial opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Achieving sales growth targets
  • Developing and executing account plans for a range of client profiles

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales-led account management, sales experience within financial services, and a willingness to develop a deep understanding of compliance for the financial services industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is knowledge of sales methodologies and the right to work in the UK without visa support.
