Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the South Westminster Mental Health Hub. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical psychology services to improve clinical outcomes for service users experiencing problems associated with psychosis and complex mental health problems.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, providing specialist psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions to clients with severe and enduring mental health problems. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other professionals, including primary care networks and community services, to deliver a new model of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist psychological assessment and effective evidence-based interventions to clients with severe and enduring mental health problems.
- Work closely with other professionals to deliver a new model of care, including primary care networks and community services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of clients.
- Provide consultation and training to other staff members on aspects of psychological care.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support for clients.
- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology.
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of legislation related to mental health and ability to apply it in practice.
