The role of a senior production chef is a vital part of our kitchen team, responsible for leading by example and driving the highest standards of food quality. As a senior production chef at Skern Lodge in Appledore, Devon, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen service, ensuring consistency across all areas and stages of production.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of relevant knowledge or experience in hospitality and be able to lead a brigade team or support the head chef in larger establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the head chef to ensure effective kitchen operations
  • Supervise production chef teams in various kitchen environments
  • Maintain consistent food standards and legislative requirements

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.
